You can mail or call or use messenger or leave message for them to pick up your payment. Everytime I have used messenger to get a hold of them their response time is very fast. "Affordable, great service, wonderful staff. I like that he keeps you notified thru Facebook on any delays or changes to the pick up schedule. When I was cleaning out my attic, basement and garage I just piled everything I wanted to dispose of out front and called Dutch's and he came to my house the same day and picked everything up and was very reasonably priced! Thank you for such great service!!!!"

"Very kind. Customer service is top notch. The guys running the routes are professionals. They tend to do the little things like putting your bins back without throwing them around... like most haulers seems to do. On windy days, they even get the bin and trash can closer to the house rather than just leaving then curbside so they blow away."
